patch 8.2.2450: MS-Windows: ADS was not preserved if 'backupcopy' is "yes"

Problem: MS-Windows: ADS was not preserved if 'backupcopy' is "yes". Solution: Copy ADS before truncating the file. (Ken Takata, closes #7762)
