patch 8.1.1225: cannot create a pty to use with :terminal on FreeBSD

Problem:    Cannot create a pty to use with :terminal on FreeBSD.
Solution:   Add support for posix_openpt(). (Ozaki Kiichi, closes #4306,
            closes #4289)
