Merge branch 'master' into VillageGen

* master:
  Fixed profiling flags for MSVC.
  Fixed cWither::KilledBy
  Cleaned up cPlayer::UpdateMovementStats; Wither achievements
  Fixed MCADefrag compilation.
  Derp
  Should have fixed assumptions about entity width.
  Fixed clanging errors.
  Implemented cacti damage
