* runtime(java): Stop handpicking syntax groups for @javaTop Also: - Remove the obsolete comment for g:java_allow_cpp_keywords. - Remove the commented out groups java\%[Debug\]StringError. - Infer and set the preferred formatting Vim options from the modeline.
