patch 9.1.1849: CTRL-F and CTRL-B don't work in more prompt

Problem:  CTRL-F and CTRL-B don't work in more prompt
Solution: Make CTRL-F and CTRL-B scroll by a screen down/up
          (Bjoern Foersterling)
