patch 9.1.1699: Fuzzy completion disabled for 'findfunc' and customlist

Browse Source 
Problem:  Fuzzy completion disabled for 'findfunc' and customlist
Solution: Remove those cases from cmdline_fuzzy_completion_supported()
          because it is supported (Maxim Kim).
