patch 8.1.0116: display problem with 'vartabstop' and 'linebreak'

Problem:    Display problem with 'vartabstop' and 'linebreak'. (Chauca
            Fuentes)
Solution:   Call tabstop_padding(). (Christian Brabandt, closes #3076)
