patch 8.1.1848: 'langmap' is not used for CTRL-W command in terminal

Browse Source 
Problem:    'langmap' is not used for CTRL-W command in terminal.
Solution:   Push the command in the typeahead buffer instead of the stuff
            buffer. (closes #4814)
