patch 8.2.0963: number increment/decrement does not work with 'virtualedit'

Browse Source 
Problem:    Number increment/decrement does not work with 'virtualedit'.
Solution:   Handle coladd changing. (Christian Brabandt, closes #6240,
            closes #923)
