patch 8.0.1609: shell commands in the GUI use a dumb terminal

Problem:    Shell commands in the GUI use a dumb terminal.
Solution:   Add the "!" flag to 'guioptions' to execute system commands in a
            special terminal window.  Only for Unix now.
