H. Peter Anvin c6bb32e9d1 preinsns.pl: don't allow KTEST to be just TEST 
The semantics for KTEST are so very different from TEST that it would
be a bad idea to allow the TEST spelling.

NASM, the Netwide Assembler

Many many developers all over the net respect NASM for what it is: a widespread (thus netwide), portable (thus netwide!), very flexible and mature assembler tool with support for many output formats (thus netwide!!).
