Merge the macros used in the assembler and disassembler. Simplify and slightly correct the byte order/unaligned handling macros. Use <stdbit.h> from C23 if available for bytesex.h and ilog2.h. Signed-off-by: H. Peter Anvin (Intel) <hpa@zytor.com>
